Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MonQua Automation ("the tool"). By using the tool, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the tool.

1. What the tool does

MonQua Automation lets the account owner schedule and publish their own original short-form videos to their own connected social media accounts (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram) through each platform's official API.

2. Your responsibilities

3. Platform rules

Your use of connected platforms is subject to their respective terms, including the TikTok Developer Terms, YouTube Terms of Service, and Meta Platform Terms. You agree to comply with those terms when using MonQua Automation to publish to those platforms.

4. Content ownership

You retain all ownership of the content you publish. The tool does not claim any rights over your videos, captions, or other materials. It simply transmits them to the accounts you have connected.

5. Availability

The tool is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Publishing depends on the availability and behavior of third-party platform APIs, which may change or experience downtime outside of our control.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MonQua Automation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from platform outages, API changes, content removal, or account actions taken by a third-party platform.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the tool and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend the tool if it is used in a way that violates these Terms or a platform's rules.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
